For the Persona and three abilities we'll say subdivide it by ability and give the Persona ability for free, so 3 EP for each of the attacks. If you're in the log you won't quite be able to get them all right away, but you should be able to grab 2 of the 3.

For upgrading the Persona, it gives a reasonably high tier ability with the absorbtion of ice and high dodge against Fire, so you're probably looking at 12-15 EP.
