Yes, those would both count as major physical regains, depending on their capabilities you might want a mod ruling. For the healing factor you can kind of gauge it with a comparable "Cure" spell in the equivalent abilities, and I'd bump it up about two stages due to its (if it's basically permanent cure it'd count as a Curaga). We can also work out partial regains where you get lower-level versions earlier and can upgrade it later.
